Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons of butter
- 6 cloves of fresh chopped garlic
- 1/4 cup of cream
- 4 tablespoons of good quality balsamic vinegar.
- Sprig of fresh rosemary and reduce the sauce by about 1/3

Step 1
For the sauce, take 4 tablespoons of butter and melt in a saucepan over low heat. Add about 6 cloves of fresh chopped garlic, 1/4 cup of cream and 4 tablespoons of good quality balsamic vinegar. Throw in a sprig of fresh rosemary and reduce the sauce by about 1/3. Take out the rosemary
