Ingredients
- 1 c chicken stock
- 1/2 c balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp. cold, unsalted butter
- I usually double this.
Preparation
Step 1
Boil chicken stock and vinegar in a saucepan until reduced to 1/3 c.

Rweemove from heat and whisk in butter 1 tbsp. at a time. Season with salt snd pepper.

Spoon over chicken.
