aDressing: Red Chile Dressing

Ingredients

  • 4 green onions (white and pale green parts only) chopped
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbsp. unseasoned rice vinegar
  • 1 te. soy sauce
  • 1 tea. sesame oil
  • 1 garlic clove, peeled
  • 1/2 tea. minced peeled fresh ginger
  • 1/4 tea. crushed red pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Puree in blender until very smooth (20-30 secs). Season to taste with salt and pepper.
