Bacon Olive Orzo

Great side dish with just about any protein. We has this in 2003 with Ina's Parmesan Chicken.

Ingredients
- 1 cup orzo
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro leaves, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley leaves, finely chopped
- 1/2 lb. cooked bacon pieces
- 1 c. sliced, pitted Kalamata Olives
Preparation
Step 1
In a medium pot of boiling salted water, cook orzo according to package directions.

Drain pasta and transfer to medium bowl. Add remaining ingredients and toss to combine.
