Ingredients
- 12 oz. semi-sweet choc. chips
- 4 egg yolks
- 2 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 3 tbsp. brandy
Preparation
Step 1
Put choc. chips in blender with egg yolks. Blend. Scald Whipping cream and add half to chocolate & eggs. Blend.

Add remaining cream with brandy. Blend well. Pour into dessert dishes or wine glasses. Chill until firm. Refrigerate until ready to eat.
