Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups milk
- 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
- 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- Dash of salt
Preparation
Step 1
Put all ingredients into a blender container in order listed. Cover and process on BLEND until smooth. Use electric crepe maker and follow manufacture’s directions.
To keep for later use, separate crepes with wax paper, wrap and freeze.
