MAKE 3 SANDWICHES WITH BREAD MAYO AND CHEESE. CUT IN QUARTERS. MIX TOGETHER EGG, MILK, FLOUR, AND SALT. DIP AND COVER EACH SANDWICHES WITH MIXTURE THEN COAT WITH CORNFLAKES. DEEP FAT FRY AT 375.
