Oliveau Salad Dressing (Moriah's)

Ingredients

  • 2 garlic calves, minced
  • 2 Tbs Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp celery salt
  • 1 dash sea salt
  • 2 Tbs golden balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 c. EVOO

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients except EVOO in bowl. Whisk very slowly in the EVOO ugolden hick & creamy. Place n container. Refrigerate up to 2 wks in refrigerator. Bring to room temperature prior to using.
