Ingredients
- 20 FLOUR TORTILLAS
- 1 LB GROUND BEEF
- 1.25 OZ PKG TACO SEASONING MIX
- 8 OZ PKG SHREDDED MONTERREY JACK CHEESE
- 8 OZ PKG SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE
Preparation
Step 1
1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 TRIM 1/2 INCH FROM EDGE OF TORTILLA. PUSH TORTILLA INTO NONSTICK MUFFIN TIN AND BAKE 15 MINUTES.
2. BROWN HAMBURGER ADD TACO SEASONING AND 2/3 CUP WATER AND SIMMER FOR 5 MINUTES
3. FILL CUP WITH 2 TBSP OF BEEF TOP WITH SHREDDED CHEESES
4. BAKE 10-12 MINUTES
