Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless Chicken Breast
- 1/2 cup low sodium Soy Sauce
- 1/4 cup fresh Lime Juice
- 1 Tbs Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 minced Garlic Cloves
- 1/2 tsp Dry Mustard
- 1/2 tsp coarsely Ground Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
1 Rinse Chicken w/ cold H2O & pat dry with paper towels. Place in marinating bowl. Mix together Soy Sauce, Lime Juice, Worcestershire Sauce, Garlic & Mustard. Pour over Chicken. Toss to coat. Marinate in refridge for 30 mins. Drain Chicken; discard leftover marindae.
2 Sprinkle chicken with Pepper. Spray non-stick fry pan with butter flavored cooking spray & heat over Med. heat. Add chicken & cook for ˜ 6 mins. on each side or until done.
3 Can be grilled too, and can be served cold.
