- 4 HAMBURGER PATTIES
- 2 TBSP BUTTER OR OLIVE OIL
- 1/2 CUP SLICED ONION
- 1/2 CUP SLICED MUSHROOMS
- DASH OF WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE

Step 1
COOK YOUR BURGERS BY YOUR PREFERRED METHOD. WHILE BURGERS ARE COOKING, MELT THE BUTTER IN A SMALL, HEAVY SKILLET OVER MEDIUM HIGH HEAT. ADD ONION AND MUSHROOMS, SAUTE UNTIL THE ONIONS ARE TRANSLUCENT. ADD DASH OF WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE, STIR AND SPOON OVER BURGERS.
