Ingredients
- Fruit Layer:
- 3-4 3-4 3-4 large apples, sliced
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- Crisp Layer:
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3/4 3/4 3/4 c. flour
- 2 2 2 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 3/4 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 3/4 3/4 c. milk
- 3/4 3/4 3/4 stick melted butter
Preparation
Step 1
Toss fruit with sugar and nutmeg. Layer into a buttered square pyrex dish.

Mix together dry ingredients for crisp layer.

With a fork, stir in milk and butter.

Crumble over fruit.

Bake in 350° oven for 1 hour.
