- 1 CAN CORNED BEEF
- 2 CUPS DRAINED SAUERKRAUT
- 1 CUP SOUR CREAM
- 1/2 CUP ONION CHOPPED
- MINCED GARLIC TO TASTE
- 3 CUPS GRATED SWISS CHEESE
- 8 SLICES DARK RYE BREAD
- 3/4 STICK BUTTER MELTED
Preparation
Step 1
MIX SAUERKRAUT, SOUR CREAM, ONION, AND GARLIC IN BOTTOM OF 9X9 CASSEROLE. CRUMBLE CORNED BEEF ON TOP; ADD CHEESE ON TOP OF MEAT PUT BREAD ON TOP BREAK INTO SMALL PIECES POUR MELTED BUTTER OVER TOP AND BAKE AT 350 FOR ABOUT 30 MINUTES.
