Farmer's Dressing

Pour this light, creamy Farmer's Dressing over tossed salad or simply drizzled over fresh cucumbers or tomatoes.

Ingredients

• 1 medium-sized cucumber, cut into small chunks
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

In a food processor or blender, blend all ingredients on medium-high speed until smooth. Serve immediately, or cover and chill until ready to serve.
