Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 8-ounce can crushed pineapple [undrained]
- 2 cups mashed bananas
- 2 cups chopped nuts [one each of pecans and black walnuts]

Preparation
Step 1
Sift dry ingredients together. Add other ingredients; stir until well mixed [do not beat]. Put nuts in the last. Pour into a 10 inch tube pan and bake at 350° for one hour or until done.
Frosting
1 8-ounce package cream cheese
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 box powdered sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
Have cream cheese and butter at room temperature. Mix all ingredients together and beat until smooth.
