Ingredients

    cups flour

  • 2

    cups sugar

  • 1

    teaspoon soda

    teaspoon salt

  • 1

    teaspoon cinnamon

    cups vegetable oil

    eggs

  • 1 1/2

    teaspoons vanilla

  • 1

    8-ounce can crushed pineapple [undrained]

  • 2

    cups mashed bananas

  • 2

    cups chopped nuts [one each of pecans and black walnuts]

Directions

Sift dry ingredients together. Add other ingredients; stir until well mixed [do not beat]. Put nuts in the last. Pour into a 10 inch tube pan and bake at 350° for one hour or until done. Frosting 1 8-ounce package cream cheese 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 box powdered sugar 1/8 teaspoon salt Have cream cheese and butter at room temperature. Mix all ingredients together and beat until smooth.
