Ingredients
- 1-8 oz. package refrigerated butter flake dinner rolls
- 5 oz. small cooked shrimp
- 1/2 c heavy cream
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp. fine chopped green onions/scallions
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp dill weed
- 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Butter 24/1-3/4" small tart pans.

Separate rolls in to 12 equal pieces; cut in half. Press into bottom and sides of tart cups.

Divide shrimp evenly among tart shells.

Beat together cream, egg, onion, salt and dill weed.

Use about 2 tsp. of this mixture for each, dividing evenly among the shells. Sprinkle cheese over the top.

Bake uncovered in 375 degree oven for about 20 minutes or until the edges are browned and centers appear set.

Cool 5 minutes and serve warm.
