Ingredients
- 1-3 lb. Rotisserie chicken from supermarket, cooled to touch
- 1/2 c. Best Foods mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp. dark sesame oil
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tbsp. snipped fresh chives
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1/4 c. toasted sesame seeds (best to buy in bulk, then pan fry in non-stick pan with no oil, until lightly toasted)
Preparation
Step 1
Remove skin from chicken and discard.

Shred the meat from the chicken and then chop it. Refrigerate, covered, until well-chilled.

In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise with sesame oil.

Add this to chilled chicken and combine well.

Add cilantro, chives and green onions.

Salt and Pepper to taste.

Stir in toasted sesame seeds.

Refrigerate until ready to use.
