Chorizo Black Bean Dip

Ingredients
- 1 lb chorizo sausage
- 1 can (18 oz) Progresso black bean soup
- 8 oz sour cream
- 1 c shredded cheddar
- 3/4 c diced bell pepper
- 1/4 c green onions, sliced
- tortilla chips

Preparation
Step 1
In skillet cook sausage over med heat 6-8 min, drain well. Place soup in food processor, mix til smooth. Add soup to sausage in skillet. Heat to boiling, stirring frequently. Reduce heat to med-low, simmer uncovered 10 min, stir frequently til thickened.
In 12x13 serving plate, spoon sausage mix in thin layer. Spoon sour cream over to within about 1 in from edge. Sprinkle cheese, bell pepper and onions over sour cream. Serve immediately with chips.
