Preparation
Step 1
Put a cup of sugar in the blender and turn it on add the cornstarch.(Commercial powdered sugar has cornstarch in it to keep it from clumping.
Blend at a high speed for 30 seconds or so, depending on your blender. Makes a little more than a single cup.
Use as you would commercial powdered sugar or make a larger batch and store in an air tight container.
