Peanut Butter Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup of Pancake Mix
  • 2 Tbsp of Sugar
  • 1 Egg, Room Temperature
  • 1/3 Cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 Can (5 oz) Evaporated Milk
  • 1/3 Cup Water
  • Serve with Soft Butter and 2 Tbsp of Honey

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients forming a batter. Pour batter mixture into a preheated frying pan until pancake is the preferred size. Cook on medium heat and both sides until golden brown.
