Ingredients
- 6 tbs white vinegar
- 3 tbs canola oil
- 2 tbs ketchup
- 2 tsp dried parsley flakes
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
- 1/8 tsp hot pepper sauce
- 1/8 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 bay leaf
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (6 ounces each)
Preparation
Step 1
In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first 10 ingredients; add chicken. Seal bag and tum to coat; refrigerate for 4-8 hours, turning occasionally.
Drain and discard marinade. Grill chicken, covered,over medium heat for 6-8 minutes on each side or until juices -run clear.
