Sadie's Favorite Fish

Ingredients

  • 4 T honey dijon mustard
  • 3/4 c panko
  • 1/4 t salt
  • 1/4 t pepper
  • 1 T freshly minced parsley
  • 4 tilapia fillets
  • vegetable oil

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oil in a non-stick skillet over med heat. Combine panko, salt, pepper and parsley on a plate. Brush mustard over both sides of fish. Press each coated fillet into panko crumb mixture, coating well. Saute fillets in hot oil until lightly browned. Serve with lemon wedges or tartar sauce.
