Ingredients
- 1/2 c. dry white wine
- 1/2 c. parsley sprigs
- 1/4 c. white vinegar
- 1 sm.onion, quartered
- 2 large garlic cloves
- 2 1/2 tsp. dried tarragon, crushed
- 1/4 tsp. dried chervil, crushed
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 cup Best Foods Mayonnaise
Preparation
Step 1
Place first 8 ingredients in blender and blend until uniform.

In small saucepan, stir over medium heat until reduced to 1/3 c.

Strain; return liquid to saucepan. Stir in mayonnaise and heat until warm. I add a teaspoon or so of the herbs to the mixture.

Garnish with fresh chopped parsley
