Ingredients

  • 4 Cups of Sliced and Diced Apples (any kind apples)
  • 2 Eggs, Room Temperature
  • 2 Tsp of Cinnamon
  • 2 Tsp of Baking Soda
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 1/2 Cup of Oil
  • 2 Cups of Flour
  • 1 Tsp of Vanilla
  • 2 Cups of Brown Sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees. Grease a loaf pan

Put Apples in a bowl. Add Eggs and stir well. Stir in Vanilla, Salt, Baking Soda, and Cinnamon. Then stir in Brown Sugar and Oil. Finally stir in Flour. Pour mixture into loaf pan. Bake until golden brown and toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean, about 45 minutes.
