Ingredients

  • 1 (10 oz) Package of Frozen Broccoli
  • 1 (16 oz) Can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 Cup of Whole Grain Rice
  • 1/2 Cup of Regular Milk (no Fat Free)
  • 1/2 Tsp of Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp of Pepper
  • 4 oz of Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees. Spray 2 Qt Casserole Dish with Pam

Prepare Broccoli and Rice according to package directions.
Stir together Soup and Milk. Add Salt and Pepper and heat through.
Pour mixture into casserole dish and top with Shredded Cheddar Cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes.
