Ingredients
- 5 10-ounce packages frozen chopped spinach
- 2 cups chopped mushrooms
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 1/3 cups grated Parmesan Cheese, reserve 1/3 cup
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
- 1 teaspoon horseradish
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- cherry tomatoes (add later)
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°
Cook spinach and drain. Saute mushrooms in butter until soft. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Spread mixture in buttered 9 x 13 baking dish. Sprinkle with reserved 1/3 cup parmesan cheese. Bake 15 minutes; garnish with tomatoes and bake until set, about 10 minutes more.
