Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes, sliced
  • 6 carrots,sliced
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1-1/2 lb groumd beef
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 cup cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped onion
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp dried marjoram
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Place potatoes and carrots in slow cooker. Sprinkle with 1/4 tsp salt.

Combine remaining ingredients. Mix well and shape into loaf. Place loaf on top of vegetables, making sure the sides don't touch the cooker.

Cover. Cook on low 8 - 10 hours.
