Stuffed Green Peppers

Ingredients

  • 4 Medium Sized Green Peppers
  • 1 lb of Ground Beef
  • 1/2 Cup of Chopped Onions
  • 1 Tbsp of Butter or margarine
  • 1 Can of Condensed Tomato Soup
  • 1 Cup of Cooked Rice
  • 1 Tsp of Worcestershire
  • 1/2 Tsp of Salt
  • Dash of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 Degrees

Cook Green Peppers in Boiling Salted water for 5 minutes. Brown Ground Beef. Cook Onions in Butter until tender. When Onions are cooked, Stir in 1 Cup of Soup and remaining ingredients except Green Peppers. Spoon meat mixture into Green Peppers and place in 1 1/2 Qt Casserole dish. Bake for 30 minutes.

Heat remaining soup and serve over Green Peppers.
