Cornish Game Hen (frozen - must be thawed!)

Rotisserie Cornish Game Hen - frozen. Thaw in refrigerator overnight.

Ingredients

• Cornish Game hen - frozen (Tyson from Ingles)
• Salt and pepper
• Butter

Preparation

Step 1

Thaw Cornish Game Hen in refrigerator the night before. Use warm water if still a bit frozen.

Rinse and put on rotisserie spit, tying legs and wings as needed with twine.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper

Assemble rotisserie unit on grill and start up grill. Put foil lined pan under spit area.

Put game hen in oven, turn rotisserie unit to high. While rotating, thoroughly brush hen with melted butter

Cook for a min. of 45 mins brushing again with butter about 1/2 way through
