Meatloaf patties

Mom made these, Jesse grilled they turned out delicous!!! Makes 6 patties.

Ingredients
- Topping:
- 2 lb ground beef
- 6 slices of bread crumbled
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- Dash of poultry seasoning
- 1 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 6 strips of uncooked bacon
- 1 cup ketchup
- 4 tablespoons honey
Preparation
Step 1
Mix together
Divide into six equal portions. Make into patties 3/4 inch thick and 3 1/2 inches wide. Wrap with bacon strip.
Mix topping ingredients together and brush on top side of patties
Spray grill with cooking spray. Place patties on unheated side of grill. Cover grill, cook 20-25 or slightly pink in the center. Turn patties over. Brush with ketchup mixture. Cover grill cook 5-8 minutes longer or until center is done and bacon is crisp.
Extra patties freeze nicely. Freeze on cookie sheet, once frozen turn over and add sauce to other side. Refreeze and wrap individually and put in freezer.
