Ingredients

- Russet potatoes
- olive oil
- salt
- can of chili
- shredded cheese
- sour cream
Preparation
Step 1
Rinse and scrub potatoes; pierce each with fork. Line potatoes on the foil, drizzle them with olive oil. Rub the olive oil in and sprinkle with salt. Wrap each one in foil and bake on low for 7-8 hours. Serve topped with chili, cheese and sour cream.
