CINNAMON SUGAR FRIED APPLE STICKS

Ingredients

  • 4 large Mission Flour Tortillas
  • 1 cup sugar
  • cinnamon to taste
  • 4 tbs butter
  • 1/2 can fried apples

Preparation

Step 1

1--Pour the sugar onto a plate and sprinkle on the cinnamon. Mix sugar and cinnamon together. Chop or cut up fried apples into tiny squares.
2--Cut tortilla into flour squares (each tortilla makes four sticks). Microwave the squares for 15 seconds.
3--Butter one square and flip it over (place on a plate or cutting board). Place a small line of applies on each tortilla square, then sprinkle a pinch of the cinnamon and sugar mixture over the apples.
4--Roll up the apple, then roll the tortilla in the cinnamon and sugar mixture. Repeat until you have used all ingredients.
