  • 2 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 2/3 cup sour cream
  • 3 tbsp cornstarch
  • 3/4 cup icing sugar
  • 3 medium eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups fresh raspberries

Step 1

Preheat oven 325* Place cream cheese and sour cream in mixing bowl. Beat mixture until smooth, then beat in cornstarch and icing sugar. Add eggs and vanilla mix until smooth. Using a metal spoon stir in raspberries. Pour mixture into a graham wafer crust. Place on baking sheet and bake for 35-40 min on middle rack until just set. Leave to cool and chill in refridgerator for 2-3 hours or overnight. Decorate with icing sugar and fresh berries.
