Ingredients
- 1 3/4 c. chicken broth
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning, crushed
- 3/4 c. uncooked regular long-grain white rice
- 1 c. chopped spinach
- 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Heat broth and Italian seasoning in 2-qt saucepan over medium-high heat to a boil.
Stir rice and spinach in saucepan. Reduce heat to low. Coverr and cook 20 minutes or until rice is tender. Stir in cheese. Serve with additional cheese.
