Ingredients
- 4 Pork chops (regular not thick ones)
- 4 Medium potatoes peeled and sliced
- 1 envelope Lipton's onion/mushroom soup mix
- 1 1/2 cups water
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°.
Brown pork chops
Layer potatoes in a greased 2 quart casserole dish
Then top with pork chops.
Mix water with soup mix and pour over chops.
Bake covered for 1 hour
