SHRIMP DIP

Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
  • Juice from 1/3 fresh lemon
  • 2 cans tiny shrimp (drained) – I use1/2# baby shrimp patted dry with paper towels
  • 3 hard boiled eggs (chopped fine)
  • 1 bunch green onions (chopped fine)
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • Dash of salt
  • Wheat Thin crackers

Preparation

Step 1
