Ingredients
- 2 cups dried pumpkin seeds
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp ancho chili powder
- 3 tbsp cocoa
- 1 tbsp finely ground coffee beans (not instant coffee)
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp coarse salt
Preparation
Step 1
Dry pumpkin seeds in 300 F oven for 30 minutes. Then toss with seasonings and roast at 350 F for 15 minutes or until fragrant and crisp.
