Green Beans Satay

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
  • 1 package (9 ounces) frozen cut green beans
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Step 1

In a medium-sized skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat. Add the green beans and sauté until tender, yet still crisp. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well; continue mixing until heated through and coated evenly. Serve immediately.

Notes:
I don't recommend reheating these if left over, because the peanut butter may separate.
