Brown Garlic StirFry Sauce

Ingredients
- 2/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/3 cup rice wine vinegar
- 3 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp wh pepper
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp minced ginger
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water

Preparation
Step 1
Combine in a bowl, soy sauce, broth, rice wine, sesame oil and white pepper.
Dissolve cornstarch in 1/4 cup water.
In a heated frying pan add, oil, garlic and ginger. Cook, stiring for 15 seconds.
Add soy sauce mixture to frying pan and bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 1 minute.
Add cornstarch mixture and cook until thickened.
