Green Jacket Salad

Romaine tomato salad

Ingredients

• 1/2 head iceberg Lettuce Chopped
• !.2 head Romaine Lettuce chopped
• 2 tablespoons scallions
• 2 medium Roma tomatoes diced
• DRESSING:
• 2 tes fried parsley
• 1 tea accent seasoningt
• 1 tea season salt1/4 tea oregano
• 1/8 tea pepper
• 3 table Red Wine Vinegar
• 6 table Vegetable oil

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all dressing ingredients together. Add tomatoes and scallions. shake well. Toss over mix lettuce. Chill for at least 1 to 2 hours.
