VERY Low Sugar and Sodium Healthy Creamy French Dressing

No one can believe that a healthy Creamy French Dressing can be this good (but it is :-)
Great on salads but ALSO great with a Reuben Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Avocado OR Light Olive Oil
  • 1/3 Cup Sugar Free ketchup (I use "G. Hughes" sugar free or HEB, if your are in TX, Reduced Sodium and Sugar Ketchup)
  • 1/3 Cup Avocado Mayo (I use Kraft)
  • 1/4 Cup yellow sweet onion, roughly chopped
  • 3 TBS Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 4 TBS (+/- to taste) sugar substitute
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Dry Yellow Mustard Powder

Preparation

Step 1

mix all ingredients with immersion or counter top blender.
Can be used immediately but better even better if in fridge overnight
