Pineapple rum sauce

Ingredients

  • I can chunk pineapple, drained
  • Maraschino cherries, halved
  • Coconut flakes
  • Coconut rum

Preparation

Step 1

Mix altogether. Use your judgement as to quantities on how much for each ingredient. It’s really your preference.

Step 2

Refrigerate in a sealed container and flip it over a couple of times if you make it the day before.

Step 3

Serve with baked ham.
