Ingredients
- two packs of 8 rack of Lamb chops
- Garlic and Herb paste from refrigerated section grocery
- milk
Preparation
Step 1
Separate the lamb into individual chops
soak in milk for at least one hour
drain milk, dry with paper towel
rub each piece with paper towel to dry
Cook outside on hot skillet , a few at a time with canola or veg oil, 4 mins per side till 165 degrees
