Strawberry Delight

Ingredients

• 1 cup flour
• 1 stick butter, softened
• 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
• 8oz cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 1 large Cool Whip, divided
• Strawberries, sliced & sweetened (or strawberry in glaze or any pie filling)

Preparation

Step 1

Combine flour, butter, & chopped pecans. Press in the bottom of a pie pan.
Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and HALF the cool whip. Spread on top of crust. Top with sweetened strawberries. Top with remainder of cool whip.
Double recipe to make a 9x13.
