Ingredients
- 4 lge eggs
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter melted
- 1 lemon sliced into wedges, seeds removed
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- Pie shell
- Powdered sugar for garnish
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350
Step 2
Place eggs, butter, lemon slices sugar & vanilla in blender pulse until mostly smooth
Step 3
Pour lemon filling into frozen pie shell and bake 45 minutes or until set
Step 4
Remove from oven let cool completely then garnish with powdered sugar
