Ingredients
- 1 lemon
- ¾ teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- ¾ teaspoon Dijon mustard
- ½ teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
- 1 large clove garlic, pressed
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup (1oz) grated fresh Parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
1. Juice lemon to measure 2 tablespoons juice; place in small batter bowl. Add Worcestershire sauce, mustard, black pepper and garlic; whisk until blended using Stainless steel whisk. Add mayonnaise; whisk until smooth.
2. While continually whisking, add olive oil to mayonnaise mixture in a thin, steady stream. Continue whisking until blended; stir in Parmesan cheese. Cover; refrigerate until ready to serve. Store dressing covered in the refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
