Ingredients
- 4 Chicken Breasts Cubed
- 2 Cups Almond Meal
- 3 Whole Eggs
- 1/2 Cup Cornstarch
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat Air Fryer to 350. In a bowl, mix the cornstarch, salt, pepper and cayenne pepper and toss in the chicken. In another bowl, beat eggs. In a third bowl, pour the almond meal. Dredge the chicken in the eggs, then in almond meal. Air Fry for 14-16 minutes, shaking once or twice. Serve
