Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 3 Tbsp. ketchup
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup seasoned bread bumbs
- 18-oz. bottle of your favorite barbecue sauce
Preparation
Step 1
combine beef, onions, ketchup, salt, egg and bread crumbs . Form into 4 paggies. Brown both sides lightly in skillet. Place in slow cooker.
Step 2
Cover with barbecue sauce. Cover. Bake on high for 3 hours or low for 6 hours.
