Ingredients
- 1 lb Pre-Cooked Kielbasa or
- Smoke Sausage - sliced
- 1 lb Red or Yukon Gold Potatoes
- skin on, cut in 1 inch chunks
- 1 lb Carrots, wash & cut in cubes
- 2 Lg Apples, cut into chunks
- 1 Small Head Cabbage sliced
- into rounds & chopped or
- substitute pre-boiled Brussel
- Sprouts
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper; spread the sausage coins and vegetables and fruit on pan. Drizzle the sausage and vegetables and fruit with olive oil; season with salt and pepper. Gently toss all of the ingredients to coat them with the olive oil. Sprinkle the Italian seasonings over the top. Place the sheet pan dinner into the oven and bake, uncovered, for 30 - 45 minutes or until the potatoes are fork tender and all the ingredients are nicely golden brown. Serve at once.
